What are your favorite tennis shoes for walking/running? I need some new ones, but don't want to spend a TON of money!

These are my favorite. I know you can find them cheaper elsewhere (6pm.com) but my internet is running slowly, so this is what I'm giving you.

Get fit for shoes that meet your needs. What one person finds as the perfect fit might not work well for you at all. Some people find minimal shoes work wonderfully, others need a more cushioned ride, some need more motion control than others ... a gait analysis helps identify biomechanics that shoes can help or make worse.

Shop around for a store .... many do gait analysis and allow you to run in the shoes and return if there is an issue that doesn't reveal itself in a short test jog on a treadmill or on the sidewalk in front of the store.
