How did you start to lose your weight? I have tried for a very long time and the scale continues to be higher and higher, no it's not muscle. I'm now over 200, and he scale has gone up and up since 157. I have asked for help, friends, suggestions, thoughts and I'm still gaining weight. Wondering what worked for you, currently my dairy is closed it was open for along time I tracked all food and still didn't lose, so I closed it. Did you get a trainer, go on any specialized diet, j Craig, etc, surgery.. Just wondering why I have been on MFp for a very long time and the in.y difference is the scales now the highest it's ever read?
