Channeling the tortoise

Soooo....I'm new here, but not new to the race. I'm really not focused on losing weight so much as I am getting fitness up. The plan? I plan on channeling the tortoise (you know the turtle from the tortoise and the hare?) and taking it slow. My goal is to run the Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta, July 4th. Let's see how far I get! :wink:
