Using weights and doing things like bicep curls, tricep kickbacks etc...check out this website for lots of different exercises you can do. http://www.all-about-arm-exercises.com/
I have been mixing strength training with cardio, and I have lost 9cm of my arms (per arm!) in last 2 months. I try and do some sort of weight training at least twice a week.0 -

Yoga is great for your arms, and has many other benefits as well. I spefically do a type of yoga called Vinyasa, it is a power flow yoga. We do a move called Chattaranga -- it goes from downward facing dog to a high plank to a low push up, up to upward facing dog, and back to downward facing dog (you can google this for more info). My arms are super toned just from this, as are many other yogis in my classes. Bonus, yoga is also great for toning your legs and building core strength. Good luck!0

Push ups I have wiggly arms and no upper body strength lol I started a push up challenge, there is a lot of us doing it that can't do real push ups, but its a start.

I agree with all the above, just wanted to add one exercise that I like.
Get a really heavy weight and hold it above your head while tucking your pelvis under to protect your lower back. Lower the weight behind your back while keeping your elbows above your head and pointing forward. Lift back up above your head.
That's one of my favorite tricep exercises. I use 25 pounds and do 10-12 reps or so. Just lift as heavy as you can for 10-12 reps and you will definitely feel it. :flowerforyou:0
