Trying again

Well I have been away from MFP for some time and I am now ready to lose 75 lbs.
My weight is just going up so I am sure I need work out if not everyday but every other day plus watch
what I eat too.
can any one tell me how long would or will it be before I will see anything? if I work out three days aweek and keep to 1200 cal too
Thanks for any help any one can give me as I am so done being fat /overweight Big, Big.
it all needs to go and I am all for starting with 40lbs first and then more after that
