Love this site! So many wonderful examples, they break down the meals and snacks and give lots of examples with recipes.:drinker:
EDIT: Seems part of the link is dropping off the page at least when I open it and view it now.:frown:
You can use this the Tiny URL link :

It'll take you to the same place

I dunno but I fixed it now, so glad you shared that so I could fix it folks!:blushing: :laugh:0 -
Nice! You can stay under 1,500 by adding low calorie carbs like fresh fruits and veggies in your diet and low calorie snacks like pretzels.0

Thanks for posting! I have been using MFP for a month now.
First I used the suggested claories for a week, then figured out to customize. I did 2000 calories for a week. Now I am at 1750. I'm going to do do 1750 for two weeks then move down to 1500. I was wondering how I would come up with meals in the 300 calorie range.
So far, I've lost about 26 lbs, doing practically nothing but monitoring my caloric intake. I went to the gym for a week, then I got a hellacious deep blister on my right heel. It is extrememly painful. It hurts to walk. I can't wait to go back to the gym.
(I'm looking for buddies, too, by the way.)
