Good news on blood work!

I just received the results from my quarterly blood work in the mail (diabetics are usually tested once a quarter). My blood sugars were still a little high but getting much much better but the great news is my cholesterol! My doctor was very impressed at the numbers, and I'm tickled pink!

Total Cholesterol: 110
HDL: 54
LDL: 40
Trigs: 79

Overall, that's a drop from a total of 152 last quarter :drinker:

At least I've got some good stuff doing on in that department of my body :tongue:
