Fruit sugar and fat in hemp/flax seeds?

I was just calculating my calories and saw that a great deal of my sugar allowance is taken up by fruit that I always thought was good to eat?
Also I've noticed that if I add 2 tsps of flax seeds and/or hemp seeds the fat content is really high? Should I cut these things out completely? I'm vegetarian so try to get protein from seeds etc
Are fruit sugar and healthy 'fats' different ? I'm so confused!!
Thank you.

If you don't have any medical condition, I don't think you should worry about sugar from fruits.
Also I use flax seeds to add healthy fats to my diet, so my advice is not to cut them out.0
