You are struggling because you have yet to build yourself a solid foundtion to start. I am also calling BS to the 21 days to form a habit nonsense. Many people have spent years in a cycle of overeating and inactivity with little to no knowledge about the scientific facts to weight loss and management. Like hell it will all be resolved in 21 days. In our dreams!
