Need some support!!

Hello everyone! About 2 years ago I started college and I was about 10 pounds over weight and now I'm 30 pounds over weight, because of my bad choices. Sitting on the couch doing homework, while eating chips( my major addiction). I knew that I had gained a little weight but I really came to the realization when I starting seeing myself in pictures. I started thinking about why I have gained so much weight and its because about 4 or 5 times a week, I eat fast food because its just easy with my busy schedule. I asked my husband to answer me honestly about my weight gain and he said I have gained weight in the last couple of months and he has noticed. That is really what got me in gear to wanting to get on a healthier track.

This is my first post on here, and I'd really like to have some support to help keep me going in the right direction. I want to feel better about myself again. Today, I got out of bed at 6:00 A.M and ran a 1/2 a mile and did some weight lifting. Here is to many more days on the road to a healthier me!!

I need advice on different exercises to do everyday, because I know its better to do different exercises and not the same ones day after day. If anyone has and successful exercise plans that they would like to share, please do!!:)
