I am only trying to lose 20 lbs and my main concern is hitting those dreaded plateaus along the way. In the past when I would hit a plateau, I would feel defeated and go back to old unhealthy habits. I definitely don't want go back to those habits this time around!
I would love to heard what everyone has done to keep on track, keep spirits up, and blast through those plateaus!

True plateaus during weight loss happen if you don't lose weight for 4-6 weeks...not days.
If you are in a true plateau you are eating at maitenance and need to figure out where you are off...usually logging and/or over estimating calorie burns.0 -
Keep switching up your workouts every 4 - 6 weeks and change your calorie goals accordingly and you should keep them to a minimum!0
