Hello everyone!
After a loooong time of lurking around in the dark and doing things half hearted I have decided to start my journey :) my name is Ágústa and I'm 23 years old, I currently weigh 99,8 kilos (220 lbs ish) and want to lose around 40-50 kg over all. I'm a lazy *kitten* and have not done any exercise in years! So if you have any tips and tricks it would be appreciated! Like how often should I start exercising per week and for how long? Feel free to add me as a friend :) I'm a lovely girl and would like some help:)
