Purchasing a used Fitbit.

I'm interested in buying a Fitbit One for my regular days (I use a Polar at the gym), but because I'm cheap I'm more interested in purchasing a used Fitbit off eBay or Craigslist. Has anyone had any issues, such as it not syncing to a new account (the one I'd be creating), or just anything in general. Heard great things about the Fitbit service team so I'm not too concerned, but I definitely don't want to get scammed.

    I have given my used fitbits to friends when I graded myself and they have had no problems with them. but I would say it all depends on how well the previous owner took care of the fitbit.
