Cardio Acceleration

Does anyone do Cardio Acceleration when weight training? I am looking for some ideas on exercises to do on Leg Day.
Cardio Acceleration is doing some cardio in between sets during you "rest" WHen doing upper body stiff I do Body Squats and Mtn Climbers in between sets.

How about doing some MMX or Boxing moves with your upper body. Combo punches, upper cuts, cross punches, straight punches, elbow and arm blocks and strikes. Pretty much anything without the kicks or lunges. You can control the pace of the combos against an HRM to stay where you want to be. I;ve never done this but it seems workable.0

MY cardio acceleration is jump rope in between sets but that is not some easy set. At leas 40 revolutions in the 30 sec break.0
