IIFYM- Need help w/fat intake

I just recently switched to IIFYM and after almost a week I'm having a hard time figuring out foods to fit into my fat/carb ratios. It may be that I'm still so used to simply tracking my calories and not worrying about the other stuff that I haven't gotten the hang of it. However, I've noticed that it's nearly every day that I'm getting little reminders about how I'm supposed to stay under so many carbs or so much fat. Apparently the foods I'm used to eating are not fitting all that well into my macros.
Can anyone offer up any recipes or go-to foods that you eat that fit into your macros for every meal? I'm currently at 40/30/30. I think my biggest problem is going to be my snacks. My go-to's are yogurt, nuts, and cheese (today happened to be some dark chocolate m&ms but I needed something sweet).
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!

Your snacks are good ones for hitting macros. It's fine to go over on fat (and protein) as long as you can do it and stay within your calories.0
