Help!! High calorie foods nets way to low!!

Can anyone recommend any high calorie foods to help improve my net calories please?? I'm not feeling as though I'm hungry but want to loose weight healthily. I've only been doing this 2 weeks and only just have got the hang of net and gross calories!! Also I don't think that I'm as far under my net as MFP says! I think it overestimates my calories burned!! I've filled in my diary for today so you can see what I have eaten and intended to eat. I also need some high protein ideas!! I'm usually good with protein but today it's gone a bit pear shaped!!

I'm only asking because I think I'm doing something wrong!! My first week I lost 6lbs (assuming water weight) this week the scales haven't moved and its disheartening!! I'm 5ft 10 11st 3 and 24!! Thanks for any advice!!

    To address your "I'm only asking..." bit - weight loss does not happen nice and steadily. Get used to large losses one week, then nothing for a while.

    How are you recrding your exercise burns? it's very easy to over-estimate those.

    Add more protein by:

    Having Greek yoghurt with your cereal
    Eat cheese and nuts for snacks
    Roast soy beans or wasabi peas are another snack idea
    Ditch the "slim fast" products.

    The slim fast thing is more habit than anything, I don't feel terrible if its (low calorie) choccie bar!!
    Exercise is what MFP says when I input it. As I spend most of my exercise time in the water I need to invest in a swim calories watch, which I can't afford until the end of July. Thank you for the snack ideas. I like Greek yougurt, so will have some of that when I need a boost!
