Hello All
I have been trying to search for different exercises for different areas of the body and am trying to create a workout plan. However, I have been having a hard time trying to narrow down which exercises are the best and don't have enough knowledge to make those decisions. I just wanted to create a plan so that I can work out different corresponding areas of the body on different days, get stronger and lose weight. I have free weights at my house and a couple bands. I will however, have to do this machine free as I can't afford a gym membership at this time.
Any help or links to really good workout plans would be really appreciated!
Thanks!!

Head to your local library and see what they have to offer. Mine has a very wide variety of DVDs. Many exercise books have a plan associated with it too. Find one you like and try it out...if you hate it take it back and try again:)0

Visit Jefit.com which is full of exercise routine database. I have no doubt you will find a routine that meets your goals. I am a member there as well under the same username. If you join (free), add me as a friend then you can see the routines that I've created and/or use on that site.

If you want to focus on certain parts of the body on certain days you should check out the Body for Life plan

However, I think compound lifting is the best way to go. Check out Stronglifts 5x5. Not sure what kind of free weights you have, but I use dumbbells instead of a barbell since that's all my gym has

Personally, I've done both and I lprefer SL 5x50
