New to MFP.....

New to MFP but not to losing weight! I have 100 lbs. to lose and have tried many different types of diets along the way! I came across this site on a free App and thought I would give it a try. It seems pretty easy to follow how it is set up so I know that will help. I am looking forward to getting to know some of you and especially read about the success some of you have had on this site. I am really discouraged with my weight right now and am trying not to focus on how much I need to lose, but sometimes that is hard to do. For right now I am going to try to just take it one day at a time and not focus so much on the scales. I have started walking the past week on my treadmill (30 mins. a day) so I know that will help. Any added advice would be much appreciated!! ......
