Hello my name is Danielle and I am new here. Plans are to either get to 175 or get into a comfortable size 12. I am doing atkins and working out twice a day; am - on our local track- 2 miles pm- my home treadmill @3.5-3.9 speed with 3 incline-30 minutes. In the process of eliminating my insane craving for sweets, any suggestions are welcomed.????
