Bloated and uncomfortable after eating.

It generally happens ten or so minutes after I've finished eating, and it can be anything that does it from cereal to bison sausage to a protein smoothie.
My cousin suggested adding yogurt to my diet but that didn't seem to help when I did.
Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

try eating slower. it takes something like 18 minutes for your stomach to convey to your brain how full it actually is so slowing down may allow some time for your brain to catch up with your stomach0

dont take a lot of fluids with a meal.
chew, chew, chew.
aloe vera juice shots.
a good probiotic
digestive enzymes
lower carb
these work for me so far. i've really struggled with inflamed abdomen, bloating, reflux and gerd over the years, on a daily basis until doing the above.0
