No weight loss

I lost about 15 lbs but now for last 3-4 months I am just maintaining it. MFP calculates my calories as 1200 and I eat approx. 1200 everyday. I have been doing my exercise. I am not eating my exercise calories back as that is the way I lost 15 lbs initially. What wrong am I doing? I do not weigh my food, but I am close to approximate.
