HI everyone.. New on here and loving it.. I'm on the 5 :2 diet just now.. have done slimming world in the past and lost 4 stone.. have regained a stone of that which I would like to lose plus a bit more.. I love my yoga and my weights, enjoy a bit of swimming when I get a chance and also love cycling with the kids.. just wondering if any other newbies are on the 5 :2 and how are you guys finding it.. hope you guys are all well and happy.. love n light Ruth xxx
