determining calories in homemade chili

I am not sure how to determine the number of calories in my chili. I used 97% ground beef, kidney beans, Brooks chili hot beans in chili sauce, diced tomatoes with chilies and peppers and a number of spices. Each can gives a calorie count for1/4 cup, but I am not sure if I add up all the 1/4 cup calories for 1 cup of prepared chili. Any suggestions?
