Back at it

Hi everyone!

I've been on myfitnesspal on and off for over a year.. as well as a few other starting and stopping of weight loss programs. I have been logging in here for the past 15 days, and most of those days have been good!
I'm getting tired of the yo-yo, and I'm ready to do this for the long hall. Support and any help would be really appreciated!! I'm looking to loose 30 pounds, but not really setting a time frame as of yet. I'd be happy with 5 pounds a month.
