Decided Today To Give A Healthy Lifestyle A Shot

I had pizza last night. I drank umpteen beers this weekend. I sit at my desk today. I haven't done a cardio workout other than vacuuming in years. I currently am 218lbs and when I am not sucking in my gut it measures out to 44.25" around. I am doing this for me. I am not going to drink anymore alcohol and going to start a weekly regimen of keeping track of my foods and daily cardio routines. I'm not sure how to ask this but,. would anyone in the MFP community be willing to keep in contact with me to help motivate me to stick to it? I need to lose 30lbs and have a hard time motivating myself to stay solid,. at least at the start,. maybe 'so how did your day go Tom?' type of stuff to keep going. I can provide motivation too I would think I as I got into this. I dunno,. doesn't seem like to much,. but it would be a charity case that I would pass forward at any rate thank you for taking the time to read this and letting me participate.
