Bi's Tris and Shoulders

What kind of exercises do you do for biceps, triceps and shoulders?

biceps- 21's, hammer curls, zottman curls, rows
triceps- close grip bench, OHP, tri extensions, skullcrushers
shoulders- OHP, lateral/front raises, incline press, seated military press0 -
Chin-ups hit my Biceps
Dips hit my Triceps
Military press for the shoulders.0 -

Overhead press, hits shoulders and Tri's, chin-ups, rows, and pull-ups mainly back but hit biceps too. Bench press mainly chest put hits tris as well, I keep a rather narrow grip and arms tucked in a bit and takes pressure off the shoulder and puts more emphasis on the tris. I do very little isso work, 3 sets bicep curls/week, and 3 sets of skull crushers for tris.
Unless you are bodybuilding or trying to correct imbalances or weaknesses isolation exercises are not necessary.0 -
