Bi's Tris and Shoulders

What kind of exercises do you do for biceps, triceps and shoulders?

    biceps- 21's, hammer curls, zottman curls, rows
    triceps- close grip bench, OHP, tri extensions, skullcrushers
    shoulders- OHP, lateral/front raises, incline press, seated military press

    Chin-ups hit my Biceps
    Dips hit my Triceps
    Military press for the shoulders.

    If you want to make sure you have the best form and good exercises you should look up Ben Pakulski on youtube. You'll learn how to get to every angle of the muscles.

    Overhead press, hits shoulders and Tri's, chin-ups, rows, and pull-ups mainly back but hit biceps too. Bench press mainly chest put hits tris as well, I keep a rather narrow grip and arms tucked in a bit and takes pressure off the shoulder and puts more emphasis on the tris. I do very little isso work, 3 sets bicep curls/week, and 3 sets of skull crushers for tris.

    Unless you are bodybuilding or trying to correct imbalances or weaknesses isolation exercises are not necessary.

    on that note...anyone ever watch mike chang's youtube channel (six pack short cuts)? i've tried his arm workouts. intense!
