New blogger and semi new myfitnesspal user

I really like myfitnesspal because I'm a visual person and like to see the reports showing the calories I've consumed and the exercise calories I've earned.
My trend is to eat a huge breakfast, followed by either a big lunch or several snacks which I then consider to be my lunch.
By the time dinner rolls around I'm not as hungry which is just fine with me. But.... evening rolls 'round and that's when the faux hunger kicks in. Nasty habit for snacking at night. So my cure is to go to bed!! Seriously I've been going to be between 9 and 10 lately!!
