Is 1 year long enough to prep for a fitness/bikini comp? I am considering doing a competition just for fun, as extra motivation to keep kickin *kitten* in the gym. Relatively new to lifting, less than 5 months. I follow iifym, and would probably do a bulk after this summer for 3-6 months. Thoughts?
