Pump it UP WEDNESDAY!

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to hold a Pump it up Wednesday, to get everyone motivated in the middle of the week to keep moving, start moving, remember water, just work hard and let those pounds drop off.
I'mma try and drink 12 glasses of water and do at least 30 minutes of Turbo Jam or a Cardio Party. Let me know your plans to get or keep it pumped up today.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

WATER WATER WATER!!!
Salad at lunch and a nice walk, 30-60 minutes worth.
Healthy dinner at home with the family and Tae Bo Tonight before bed!0 -
Well I got 2 cups of water down
and going to go to the local park for my regular 5 miles..Have a great Wednesday!!

Float with the water today at least 12 glasses, pilates class at lunch, and 3 mile walk this afternoon with Leslie Sansone. Have a good day.0

I'm shooting for 96oz today. And it's my rest day from TurboFire, so I'm going to take the lil peanut for a walk.0

I love the idea, but what I really need is a middle of the MONTH challenge. it seems like the first 2 to 3 weeks, I do really well with my monthly goal and then I just slack off during the last week. maybe I just get too relaxed, but it ultimately costs me and I fall short of meeting my goal. HELP!0

I am aiming for 15 glases of water today and a nice walk/jog on the treadmill at lunch! Happy Hump day to you all!!!!0

I did boot camp today for 60 minutes!
I walked to work - home for lunch & back to work = 30 minutes! :laugh:
I am going to clean a bank for 60 minutes and sweat my butt off after work today! :bigsmile:
And I am on my 11th glass of water for the day already!!!!!!!!!!! :drinker:
