Looking for people who are lifting/cycling!

Hi everyone! I'm Sarah and I am not a runner. I'm looking to get more and more into lifting and cycling and could really use some friends on here for a support system. I would also be more than happy to offer advice and motivation when needed.

I was in the best shape of my life three years ago and really slid down the slippery slope of weight gain since then. It's time to get my strength and confidence back. I'd love to hear your stories, too!
