I'm on 40mg adderall and laxatives for my IBM. I am wondering what is the normal weight lose a week. I walk an hour a day. I don't want to start looking unhealthy. I am obese.

    My personal experience was a 5 lb drop the first week, then 1 to 2 lbs a week. I'm 6'3" 230 pounds. Best advice I can give you, get a digital scale to weigh your food, and a HRM with calorie burn feature to measure you walking. The higher accuracy of your CICO (calories in,calories out) the better success you'll have.
