I confess,

Last week, I did two lots of 20 min cardio. and that was it (I have a shoulder injury so upper body weight is out, but legs aren't in most cases)....

Then we had a long weekend, it rained the whole time, my gym was closed. And I did absolutely nothing.

However, I did stick to my macros. And didnt comfort eat.

And im so ****ing pumped to be training this week because I had this time away to miss it!!!

    Based on your photo, you are definitely NOT lazy! Sometimes it just works out like that. I'm always extra motivated after a little break, too!

    That comp was a year ago, lol feels like a lifetime ago since I was that lean....
