My weight is stuck! What can I do?

I have been on a 1200 calorie diet and it was doing so good. I lost the total of 21 pounds in 5 weeks, but now I'm stuck on the same weight. I have tried different exercises but it hasn't worked. Any ideas of what to do? Should I increase my calorie diet a little?

Opening up your food diary for review and posting your height/weight would enable better advice.0

How long have you been "stuck"? If we're talking less than a few weeks, at an absolute minimum, you aren't stuck. Weight loss is not liner and you will not continue losing 4lbs a week.0

Do you weigh your food and log everything you eat?
When you say you have tried different exercises and they didn't work, do you mean you didn't lose weight while doing them?
Losing weight is not accomplished through exercise, it's accomplished through eating less than you burn. Sometimes your plan includes exercise but it's not necessary.
The most common reason for not losing weight is underestimating calories in and overestimating calories burned. If you use MFP or internet sources or gym machine calorie burn estimates they are usually pretty darned high.

I opened it up. Im not stuck anymore either but could use some ideas for more exercises. Having trouble with the belly fat that wants to keep holding on. I have lost 35 pounds so far but still have 21 more to go to get to my weight goal. The belly is driving me nuts!! Any ideas?0
