What else can I do?

Hi guys, I feel like I'm in a bit of a pinch.
I realize that I've been making a lot of topics lately. I'm just scared that I won't be able to lose the weight I put on.
I originally started in 2012 and was able to lose 26lbs using MFP with moderate exercise, but was institutionalized and put on medication a few months later. I promptly plateaud and was unable to lose anything, in spite of severely restricting and adding weight training in tandem with doing C25k. I got discouraged, gave up and managed to gain 60lbs.
Currently I'm doing weights twice a week and doing zero to 10k two times a day three days a week. I net between 1200-1600 or so except for cheat days. I've been doing this for about three weeks now I think, and have only lost one pound...depending on how I shift my weight on the scale. Granted I've upped my exercise in those three weeks but still. MFP says that at this rate I should be losing about 2.2lbs a week (even though I only have it set for 1.5) and needless to say I'm not.
My medications are lexapro, synthroid and abilify. My diary is open.
What else can I do? Should I shrink my calories? Should I run more? Lift more? I can see about going to the gym three times a week instead of two.
I feel desperate. I need to get this weight off of me, now.
TLDR I want to know what else I can do to lose weight that doesn't include getting me off my meds. I've been plateaud for over a year, have gained 60lbs and want it off, but am scared I won't be able to lose.
Thanks for reading.
