Iam all new to this..but not dieting

been dieting for what feels like forever..weight goes down then goes up....stress's of life sometime doesn't help iam a happy person who really doesn't want to wake up in the morning and keep thinking about the D word...sooo Ive lost 3 stone over the last year doing slimming world...i haven't enjoyed the groups so got a bit dis hearted..put a stone back on over the last 2 months (and most say have enjoyed doing it..but no more)sooo diet chef again hand how its changed food is extra fab and i will do all i can to reach my goal...i turned 30 a few months ago and wanted to enter my 30s fit and slim but hey ho lets try for my 31st birthday..any advice or chats...am back on the road of Dieting here goes:O)
