Corn on the cobb???

So I am confused. I know most accurate weigh to know the serving of corn on cobb (which I need to know because its a fear food and I faced it tonight, but now need to know whether did one or two starches worth for my meal plan) is to weigh it before and after eat. Well here is problem.

Mom had already cooked the corn, so I didn't get raw weight. I weighed it and the small ear I had was like 127g or something like that. But it was cold because I got home late from work so I nuked it. After heating it up it was 115g. I then ate it and after it was 57g. So which weight is the best pre-weight? The 127g or the 115g?

I know, I know....best is to weigh raw....but...well...life happened and I couldn't. Plus you don't eat the kernels raw so how would that ever work?

If you are using a calorie estimate on cooked corn, I would go with 115 the weight lost was probably due to water evaporating from the kernels. If you are using a calorie estimate based on raw corn, go with the higher value. Regardless, it's a very minimal difference that you should not worry about.

115g - 57g = the weight of corn that you ate in grams.

Find the nutritional info for cooked corn (not on the cob, just regular cooked sweetcorn) and log it as this many grams.
