Back on track?

I could really use some motivation right now. I've been "back on track" for a few weeks now. Lost 15 lbs the first two weeks but since then NOTHING. Everytime I get on the scale its up 2 or 3 lbs then down 2 or 3 then up 2 or 3 etc. I'm starting to get really frustrated. If history is any indication I won't be back on track for very long if this keeps up. I just don't understand it. I'm doing everything right. I haven't exceeded my daily calorie goal, in fact I've been coming under; and I've been exercising. Haven't been eating any carbs or refined sugar and very little sodium. So I just don't get it. Why isn't this weight coming off? I'm coming to my wits end but I really don't want to give up this time. Any suggestions on what I should do?

I did just that, and a friend told me to eat all my calories, then boom it fell off again. it is a hard concept to get your head around but basically your body thinks your starving and holds onto your excess weight. Add me if you like
