Does 30 day shred work 2nd time?

Hi everyone!

I did 30DS irregularly a few months ago. I then moved onto alternating JM's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. Both were much more intense but I could do them until recently, when my knees began to hurt. I am now thinking of doing the 30 DS again because my knees were fine when doing it.

Will the 30 DS still deliver good results the second time round? I have a month before going off to vacation and would really like to maximize my results. I also plan to do Leslie Sansone's walking videos aside from the 30 DS.

I'm worried it won't give me as good results this time because my body already got used to increased intensity with JM's other videos.

    Any exercise "works" as long as you're putting the effort into it. If any of the exercises feel easy or not challenging enough, do the harder version and grab a heavier weight.
