Hello
I am quite new to all of these exercise and controlling nutrition.
My goal is saying I should take more protein, because I don't take barely half of suggested protein amount.
Ever since I started exercise, I increased the portion of meat in the meal. (well I'm not a vegetarian but prefer veges. than meat)
My scheme of on a diet was being natural and healthy so I don't want to drink protein shakes..
It sounds so artificial... and unnatural, Is this only way to improve protein intake?
Please help me

I understand because I am a vegetarian.
Here is what the US gov says is the RDA for protein based on sex, age , and weight:

No, it's not the only way to increase protein. Check out these sources: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/926789-protein-sources
As for protein shakes, I'd say it depends what you mean by "unnatural" and what exactly your concerns are.0
