Okay, so I'm trying to add protein (and healthy fats) to my diet. So after my morning workout I used to feel really tired the whole day, and a week ago I bough GNC protein bottle shake, drank it two days in a row (replacing my poor breakfast) and I feel great. So my question is, is it a good idea to replace a meal with protein shake or a quest bar? I don't want to gain weight (Current stats: Height-165cm, 50kg, 19 years old girl), I just want to maintain my current? Also here is a example of my menu yesterday, what do you think about it? Would you change something?
