I need more than the average person for two reasons.

1. For some reason my body does not absorb B-12 like it should. My Dr. and I have to keep an eye on my anemia because I will teeter-totter between low Iron and low B-12

2. I am pescetarian.

I take the B-12 supplements in pill form and liquid form, a multi vitamin and use nutritional yeast. I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if you have any suggestions.

Thanks

  • HEY EVERYONE THIS IS MY FRIST TIME ON THIS SITE. I WAS TAKING B12 IN PILL FORM AT FIRST AND I DIDN'T FEEL OR SEE A DIFFERENCE. THEN I STARTED TAKING THE LIQUID B12 AND I FELT A LITTLE ENERGY. I JUST WENT TO THE DOCTOR THIS PAST SATURDAY AND GOT THE SHOT. I CANT TELL YOU THE OUT COME YET BUT I DO HAVE MORE ENERGY AND LESS OF AN APPETITE.
