This made me feel fantastic... Hard work is paying off!!

Huh? Someone at the gym gave my the best compliment .... Saying they wish to be like me when there my age!!!( That I workout so hard) And I was beating myself up thinking I was getting no where... Just thought I share.
Hey wait a minute..... Is she calling me old?? lol.. I'm only 43 ;-)
