Calculating Beef Calories!!?! Help Me!

Hey guys, I finally figured out how to calculate my chicken calories. But I have some confusion about beef!

I bought some beef brisket here in korea. It looks basically fat free. There is a TINY bit of white on it, but its almost nothing. Per 100g raw what would the calories (or macros) be for that. I found a few websites that have it around 136 whereas others have it at 200 (without specifying if that is cooked or not).

Could anyone enlighten me on this? I want to eat alot of beef but I don't want to throw my macros off by that much and I'm uneasy when I'm not sure how much wiggle room I have in the macros...

Thanks!

Depends on the piece. I'd enter it as beef lean and see what you get?

Enter: Beef - Brisket, lean only, raw. Change the quantity to 100 g. It pops right up.
  • I saw that one..but I've seen many different ones also! I just dont want to be underestimating by 70cals twice a day. I was hoping someone maybe a little more educated on beef than myself would have some insight....
