Today I forgot my lunch, and car pooled. So take out it is.... What is everyone's go to meals when you have to order in food. I was thinking a sub sandwich, because I can make it healthy and its still good. Does anyone have any other suggestions? (:

Most anything you can customize is good and I love ordering a chef salad as well with dressing on the side.

Mine typically is a salad with grilled chicken which you can find almost anywhere.

Sub sandwiches are good if you lay off condiments and cheese. Do extra veggies and lean meats. Make it an unwich/wrapped in a lettuce leaf instead or eat half the bread if possible.

Either a salad, or a sandwich. Ask for the condiments on the side, so you can have some control over the portion size of them. :)

haha girl i really dont need the chili problems.

thanks everyone for your input. exactly along the lines i was thinking. only think with the salads, everywhere ive looked that delivers, their salads are full of fatty bacon, cheese, dressings, i think ill stick to a sandwich. (:

you can get any sub at Subway or Mr. Sub made as a salad - saves soo many carbs and calories not having that bread! Plus, they give you more veggies :)

I love Wendy's chili - and it's really low in calories. Any fast-food that provides nutrition information can be made to work for you. Even at McDonald's - their grilled chicken salad is a reasonable lunch
