Advocare 24 Day Challenge

Hi everyone! I am on day 2 of the 24 day challenge and am having those feelings that I'm going to be the one person it doesn't work for. I have followed the food requriements and have been exercising. My question is, when did you start to notice a difference? Right now i am really bloated, but I think it might be from the increase in the amount of water I have been drinking? I hope this works for me! Tell me your stories! :)
