Hey there fitness pals!
I am wondering how much sugar grams are normal for the average woman. When I log in my fruits my sugars go way over.
I currently weigh 246.5 lbs and am 5 foot 5. ( not sure if that matters)
Feel free to look at my food diary if you want to see what I ate today.

dont worry about it, sugar is really only a concern for diabetics, many people here are often over that goal so most dont bother tracking it0

"1. What is MFP's sugar target ?
The value is now set at 15% of your daily calories, up from the 2013 value of 8%. So if your calorie goal is 2000 cals the sugar part is 300 cals or 75 grams per day"
You might need to re-run goal calcs if you did it before the change.0
