Going to Nando's, what should I eat?

I'm going to Nando's restaurant at the weekend, and I was just wondering what do you guys usually order there? Or what do you think is the safest option to have?

I know Nando's is all over the UK, but I'm not sure about other places like the USA (or I could be wrong).

I went a week ago. I had butterfly chicken, corn on the cob, ratatouille and macho peas. Was lovely and only came to 687 calories.

Find a dish you like and order it.

Plan ahead with your other meals to stay under your daily.

    Simple.

Went last night and had a guilt free evening by checking their website earlier in the day and looking up the calories.

As a bonus saved time umming and arghing about what to have!

    Enjoy!
