    first of all silvery...8.5lbs in 20 days is awesome!!! thats almost 3lbs per week and you can't expect much more than that!!! and 2nd of all...you are right jeans don't lie!!! best way to take mearurements...do it in front of a mirror...for your waist-find the smallest part and stick to it and for your hips-find the largest part and stick to it!!! hope that helps a lil bit!! keep up the great work!
