I just recently got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on Thursday the 5th. I have been eating pudding, ice cream, soup, frozen gogurt, mashed potatoes, chicken salad and chester's puffcorn, but I want to try and find something HEALTHIER and I'm also a very picky eater. I cannot think of anything else besides the afore mentioned! Any new suggestions would be much appreciated.

Greek yogurt for protein, mac & cheese. Grind up veggies and fruit in smoothies.

Chicken barley soup. Get some barley at the store and cook according to the package, but double the water. Or use chicken broth instead of water. Add frozen mixed veggies while it is cooking. Add cut up chicken too. Cook everything until the barley is no longer chewy. This could be 2 hours. You then have a full meal in a soup.

Cheese and Potato soup. Cut up 1-2 potatoes and boil until tender. Add a can of cream of (potato, broccoli, celery, chicken, or mushroom) soup. Add some chopped broccoli or another favorite vegetables. Put half in the blender and cream it and back into the pot. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

Soups, I have a potato leek recipe that is healthy AND amazing if you would be interested.

Scrambled eggs with finely chopped cooked veggies. Cottage cheese. Oatmeal with finely cut cooked fruit. Apple sauce.

I really recommend using the dry white wine as recommended if you don't avoid alcohol. Don't worry about the "French grey sea salt" just regular sea salt is fine. The thyme, in my opinion, is really what makes this soup awesome.

I have been known to add broccoli and carrots too. If you try this, I caution you to go easy with the carrots, too many and they can really put the flavor off.

Sorry to hear this, wisdom tooth removal and recovery is terrible. I was on smoothies for about a week, the last thing you want to do is get something stuck in one of the holes or even worse knock loose the notch that forms.
