I would like to take measurements to keep track of my progress, so that when I don't see the scale moving I don't spaz out and eat a twinkie....
What measurements should I be taking??? Wanna make sure I cover them all
Thanx

Some good basic ones to take are:
Hip
waist
thigh
neck and
upper arm.
If you really only want to take a couple, hip and waist will be your most valuable0 -
A great tool to have instead of a flimsy tape measure is the MyoTape. It is pretty cheap and it is what my personal trainer uses. It is great because it locks in place so you can see the measurement after you take it away from your body.0
